Otherwise known as Binchotan, activated charcoal water filters, originating from Japan are one of the oldest, cost effective & effective ways to filter water. These can be placed in a glass water jug at home, or  can be used on-the-go in your reusable water bottle.
 
A cheaper option than the plastic water filters on the market, which themselves leak microplastics into the water.
These water filters take out many of the impurities without stripping the water of important minerals and salts for a healthy body & mind.
 
How to use:
Fill your drink bottle or home water jug with water and drop in your charcoal stick. Let sit for 1 hour -24 hours.
 
How long they last:
Each stick will last 3 months when used in 1L of water daily. After 3 months, recharge your stick by boiling it for 10 minutes and use with confidence for an additional 3 months.
After 6 months of use, pop it into your compost bin.
